0% Commission Offer - Terms and Conditions
- This offer is only available to new clients of Central Markets (London) Ltd (Eligible Clients).
- Commission is defined as trading commission generated by CFD trades only and does not relate to any other products or services (Eligible Commission).
- This offer shall only be valid for one month (Eligible Period) from the date of the client’s first trade. A month is defined as a calendar month. For example if the clients first trade is on the 15th February then the last day of commission free dealing will be the 14th March irrespective of whether this falls on a business day.
- Where a trade qualifies for a commission rebate under these Terms and Conditions, the Client shall be refunded the commission on any eligible trade on the 5th day of the month following his last trade in the eligible period. Clients will be rebated all of the eligible commission in one rebate. For example if the final day in the eligible period is 20th March , the rebate will credited on the 5th April.
- A maximum of £1000 may be refunded to any one Client at the end of the eligible period.
- This offer is only valid for all eligible commission generated before 1st May. For clarity any trade placed on or after the 1st of May will not be eligible for a rebate.
- The Company reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this offer at any time with no advance warning.
- Administering the refund will be the sole responsibility of Central Markets (London) Ltd.
- The Company is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. All business transacted with the Company is subject to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
- The terms of this offer and all business transacted with the Company are subject to the laws of England and Wales.
